Services are meant to polish the home for listing photography and ensure that the home shows at its best. These services are billed at an hourly rate of $50.
Showing and open house assistance
Services can include set up of balloons and signage, coordination of catering or food and beverage set up, and assistance during open houses and/or showings. These services are billed at an hourly rate of $50.
